Food Train exists to serve older people across West Lothian who can no longer manage their own grocery shopping due to ill health, frailty or disability

Our customers are referred to us through a variety of methods and for many different reasons. Some customers use our services short term to help them back on track and some people need us every week for many years. 

So whatever the time, place or need, our volunteers will help lighten the load.
